IsInitialized

Returns true if the service is initialized, false otherwise.

All the methods of this service must be called only after it has been initialized.

The Homa SDK will initialize this service very early in the session. So unless you try to interact with the service at the start of the first scene of the game (not including the Homa Splash screen), or in a RuntimeInitializeOnLoadMethod, you probably don't need to bother with testing to see if the service is initialized or not.

Checks if the current region requires consent management for a given kind of consent.
